- What is Mystery Shopping?
Mystery shopping is an objective view of a business or service provider through the eyes of a customer. A mystery shopper visits a shop or an outlet posing as a regular customer in order to experience and evaluate the level of customer service provided by the targeted business. After concluding the visit, the mystery shopper fills a predefine questionnaire explaining his/her experience.
Mystery shopping is also known as Ghost Shopping, Secret Shopping, Mystic Shopping along with some other names.

- How much money can I earn as a mystery shopper?
For most people, being a mystery shopper is a hobby or a part-time venture. Clearly, the more tasks "assignments" you can take on the more return you can get.
Shops pay different types of fees. Some shops simply don't pay any fees but instead you will be reimbursed by a product, service or a free meal.

- What is the limit to the number of tasks "assignments" I may be receiving?
You have the right to determine what is too much and what is too little. If for a period of time, you had all the free time in the world and you felt that you can do more than what is scheduled for you, all you have to do is contact and inform us that you can manage more The same applies if the opposite was true and you were tight with your time.

- What would be an example of a mystery shopping assignment?
Lets say that you have been given the assignment to visit a restaurant. You will be asked to fill out a report that has a set of questions they allow you to evaluate the service you have received, and the quality of the food served, and the cleanliness of the restaurant, among other factors.

- Will I be given a training session before I start conducting the assignment?
Once you approve to take an assignment, and you are new to the Mystery Shopping you will be giving a brief, "not training". The orientation tells you on how to fill out the report and what each question means. After that you will be allowed to ask whatever questions you have in mind to enable you to better understand your task. In addition you will be given a contact number where you can call at any time and ask for help in case it is needed.

- How long does it take usually to get reimbursed for purchases and to get paid for conducting a mystery shopping assignment?
Once you are done with all your assignments, a payment cheque will be issued by the end of each month. In other words, your payment may take up to 30 days to be processed after you close all your assignments.

- What should I expect after I sign up as a Mystery Shopper?
Once you fill out the membership application, and based on your entries, we will be checking which project best fits your profile and we will start to contact you via e-mail or phone to assign some tasks to you and explain these assignments.

- How can I deliver my assignments after I am done with them?
You will be asked to simply fill out a hard copy of the report and deliver it to us in person in order to review it for any questions that we may have.

- What input languages will be using to fill out these reports?
Reporting forms will be available in both English and Arabic, you can fill out the questionnaire easily using the language you prefer.

- What will happen if I failed to conduct any of my assignments?
Regular follow-up will be conducted from our side to check if you are on schedule. If, for some emergency reason, you failed to deliver some of your assignments, you would be required to inform us of the situation so we can assign your tasks to some other shoppers.

Absolutely, mystery shopping is one of the most commonly used methodologies across the globe that is used to evaluate the service provided by a certain business. In most cases both management and staff are aware of such a program taking place.
